Consortium meeting June 2022 in Leuven, Belgium

From June 15 to 17, an EPHOR consortium meeting will take place in-person in Leuven, Belgium. We hope to have an interactive and productive meeting where we could physically meet each other again. The following is a tentative agenda of the meeting:

June 15th Opening day (from 13h, meeting location near Leuven central station):

• General plenary update;
• Keynote speaker (tbd);
• Pop-up session in Leuven city: walking and enjoying short pitches on topics related to the EPHOR project during the walk at certain points in the city center.

June 16th Meeting at IDEWE (travel by bike / public transport)

• Working sessions / cross-WP sessions;
• Extended lunch with posters regarding WP updates;
• Stakeholder session(s), amongst others on co-creation with OSH professionals;
• Consortium dinner.

June 17th Final day (until 13/14h) location near Leuven central station

• Working sessions / cross-WP sessions
• Session with policy makers
• Feedback external advisory board
